Why We Exist
We started CrossBridge with a simple belief: international manufacturers shouldn't need to spend months—and hundreds of thousands of dollars—just to begin operating in the U.S.
For years, we watched companies struggle with fragmented providers and expensive consultants—so we built the kind of partner we always wished existed: lean, fast, and fully accountable.

Our Approach
We operate as an extension of your team—handling everything behind the scenes so you can focus on your product and your market.
CrossBridge runs on a hybrid model.
Part of our core team is based in the United States, supporting legal compliance, warehousing, and domestic vendor coordination.
The rest of our team operates from Europe, where our strategic, technical, and client operations teams work several hours ahead of U.S. time zones.
This structure allows us to prepare deliverables before your business day even begins—and gives us access to top-tier talent without passing unnecessary costs to you.
We don't rely on bloated teams or layers of management. Our systems are lean by design, and our processes are built to scale without complexity.
The result is a reliable, streamlined operation—at a fraction of the cost of traditional agencies.
Meet our happy clients
Here's their experience working with us
Andreas Keller
COO
It's rare to find a service partner that feels like part of your business. With CrossBridge, there's no chasing, no re-explaining. They just run things.
Michelle Tanaka
VP of Global Logistics
We didn't have to figure anything out. CrossBridge just made our U.S. setup work—entity, accounting, warehousing, all handled without back-and-forth.
Victor Salcedo
Head of U.S. Expansion
They operate like an internal branch office. We kept our team lean while expanding into the U.S., and nothing slipped through the cracks.
Rebecca Fournier
Director of Systems & Operations
CrossBridge didn't sell us a plan—they just got things moving. We were shipping inventory and syncing with retailers within two months.
Dinesh Mehra
CEO
Their ERP setup alone saved us from months of trying to integrate with U.S. partners. Everything now flows into one place.
Jonathan Webb
Founder & CEO
We had offers from big-name firms, but CrossBridge delivered the same operational clarity at a third of the cost—and faster
Who you'll be working with
CrossBridge was founded by three operators who've spent their careers working across global logistics, ERP implementation, retail onboarding, IT and financial systems.
We've been inside the warehouse, inside the spreadsheets, and inside the meetings where operations fall apart—and we've built this company to do it better.
We stay personally involved in every rollout, because we deeply care and know the devil is in the details.
You'll know us by name. You'll meet us on the first call. And if we work together, we'll be the ones running your U.S. backend like it's our own.

David Lukovic
Co-Founder & CEO
With extensive experience in global operations and logistics, David leads CrossBridge's strategic vision and day-to-day execution.
He's the kind of person who'll tell you directly when something's off—but also the one staying up until 3 AM coordinating freight schedules, closing compliance gaps, or chasing down a vendor to make sure your launch stays on track.
David sets the tempo for the team. He's first to start, last to leave, and ensures everything—from onboarding to final delivery—runs smoothly.
Before founding CrossBridge, he led international operations teams managing BPO workflows and eCommerce infrastructure across the U.S., China, Brazil, and India. He studied Accounting and Supply Chain Management at the Sam M. Walton College of Business.
He's not the one coding your EDI integration—but he's the one who'll spot the issue, get the right person on it, and have it fixed before you even think to ask.
Now, he's running your U.S. operations—like part of your own team.

Luka Susanj
Co-Founder & CMO
Luka leads CrossBridge's marketing and growth strategy—identifying new service opportunities, shaping client-facing partnerships, and brainstorming ways to bring value across markets and verticals.
While the rest of the team executes on logistics and infrastructure, Luka builds the foundation behind it all: the content, sales infrastructure, product direction, and internal systems that power demand, accelerate delivery, and drive smarter decisions.
With 8+ years in digital marketing, SEO, and customer acquisition, Luka brings a growth mindset to everything CrossBridge builds—from how prospects discover the company, to how internal tools and external relationships are shaped to support scale. He's led eCommerce growth campaigns, built B2B pipelines, and now applies that same thinking to business development and service innovation.
Whether it's sales enablement, AI-backed tools, or strategic partnerships—Luka ensures the systems around the client work just as well as the systems serving them.

Julian Hannig
Co-founder & CTO
Julian leads CrossBridge's entire technical ecosystem, from backend infrastructure and AI to front-end data visibility.
If your ERP doesn't break, your analytics work in real-time, and your EDI plays nice with retailers—it's because Julian made it happen.
Based in Southern Germany, Julian brings over a decade of experience across U.S., Swiss, and German markets, including enterprise-level roles at Siemens. He codes, scales, and builds systems that actually last—none of the duct-tape-and-hope approaches that startups sometimes settle for.
He's the kind of person who'll debug your ERP at 2 AM while sipping his fourth Monster energy drink of the night, then hop on a call with suppliers in Asia, switching to Japanese without missing a beat.
What sets him apart isn't just technical depth—it's anticipation. He finds failure points before they fail, simplifies chaos into enterprise-quality code, and keeps the entire operation humming quietly in the background while you focus on your business.
Our Commitment
We're not here to upsell. We're not here to lock you into multi-year retainers.
We're here to make your U.S. operation real—and run it as if it were our own.
That means being transparent about timelines, respectful of your internal team, and serious about delivering results without the usual friction.
We're still early in our journey—but we're building for the long haul.
And we only grow if you do.
