- Order status and fulfillment rates
- Returns, shortages, and chargebacks
- And critically: live commission earnings
The Sales Group simply set their commission terms (e.g., 3% of net shipped sales), and the app auto-calculated their earnings per order. At month-end, they could generate a PDF or Excel summary with their total commission, ready to invoice the supplier.
The Result
- No more friction in buyer meetings. Sales reps could promise full operational readiness—and back it up. Faster launches. What used to take months (EDI, warehouse, ERP setup) was done in weeks.
